When I come back to himalaya, everyday I watch myself carefully how much calm down from excitement of consciousness in Japan. Now I spend time in the morning with step eagles who are going to migrate on the top of roof. It made me calm and calm. But sometime I still feel excite of conscious brain. For example today I try to draw illustration for 'practice Guide' on my site. It made me big stress, because I don't have good tool for illustration, then I need to test each free soft for drawing. Every soft has each method to use. It mede me so irritate and stress. I fall into the same syndrome in Japan to want to smoke cigarette for escape from hard stress. I already stop smoking for ten days before, but strong desire came up again and possessed me strongly. I tryed to make insence and make sent of various kind of smell. But finally I found that to sleep is the best solution. To sleep with costant timing is the most important thing to keep good condition of body/mind/life. Now I will go to bed. |
| 9 February, 2008 Slow down language brain gradually |

After I leaved fron Japan, ten days have passed. I tryed to do nothing for these days as possible I could for calming down my language brain. It has excited so much during I stayed in Japan that I have heard water dripping sound in the bath as human speaking voice. My language brain has excited extraordinally in Japan comparing in Himalaya. It took for ten days for me to calm doun the language brain. Today, when I was swaying on the hammok on the top roof with watching blue sky and white mountains, my subbody strated to create new various practices for next subbody coueses. My subbody created it with using special 'Bodily english', which shows everything through body language mainly and my own broken English as assistance. This is my natural condition, I needed for ten days to recover it. And I noticed that it must be much more harder for students who used to live under the strong pressure by their mother language for long time. Last year I started to guide students to stop speaking during the class. It is very important to calm down language brain and ego to enter the subbody mode. I ask to the all students who are going to join this school in this year to try to stop language brain by oneself before entering the school for the preparation. Because Kats who has joinded school for six months last year told me that he needed for full of three months to calm down language consciousness. Please understand of this long process to transform to subbody mode. Otherwise the learning will not work enough, and not only for you, you must disturb the other students. |
