6 Sub-signal
When you calm down your daily conscious
mind, and listen up to the darkness of the body, you may notice subtle
sub-signals from your subbody. They are , for example, some subtle strange body
feeling, movement which comes out spontaneously, visions, whisper, momentary feeling,
unknown fear, a vague sense of discomfort, subtle awareness from body, and so
on. Every sub-signal appear instantly and disappear immediately. Then you need to
catch It very quickly and amplify it by using your whole body and mind for
support.
