Meditating---Stop daily mind and body, and shift into subbody mode
(=subconscious mode) through various kind of meditation.
Breathing---Through concentrating to breathing, and listening to the
subtle change in the body by breathing, prepare a body/mind condition
to listen to the subtle signal from the darkness of body.
Conditioning---Release your body/mind from the binds and habits of
daily mind/body. Reorientate your body/mind that it is able to move in
every direction, evrey dimention, with opening every channel.
Reserching---Self investigation for creating your own movement of
your subbody. Find subtle signals in the sway of body through practice,
and follow it, amplify it until it becomes your subbody movement.
Walking---Walking is to shift the relationship between you and the world.
Through this shifting, find some unique sways for creating your own
subbody butoh dance.
Resonating---Guidance for finding the life resonance between the life
and the life, the life and the world.
