1. Standing sway
Relax whole body. become a sea drogon who is swaying in the ocean. Imagine
someone move your imaginary tale, toward front and back, side and side,
rotate from smallest circle to biggest circle.
2. Open each channel one by one
Body channel:
Listen to body feeling in each sway. Listen up to various part of body
which is shifting from stiff state to flexible state. Taste qualia when
your body recovers fluidity.
Taste the mind/body shift when your body become streaming body.
Continue everyday until it become your pleasure of life.
Movement channel:
Move various way, Change the intiating part of body for swaying. Change direction in three dimensions. Change size from minimum to maxmum. Change speed from slowest to top speed.
Visual channel:
Close your eyes gradually from half eye to full close eyes. Feel the change
from conscious mode to subconscious mode depending on the brightnessand
the dark.
Stop moving and concentrate the shift of body feeling, heart beat, breasing,
pressure of blood, and so on.
Audio channel:
Try various way of breathing with swaying, from bottom breathing to stomach
breathing, chest breathing. Open mouth and throat and listen to the subtle
body sound with breathing. Follow the body sound stream with amplifing
gradually. Let the sound stream freely.
Emotion channel:
Listen to the subtle change of emotion. When do you feel subtle disconfortable
feeling? In increasing speed? Changing of blood preasure? Emotion is the
messenger from your life to your consciousness. Talk with your subtle change
of emtional signals.
3. Time travelling in the history of life
Conscios process as a human:
Go upstream of history of life with swaying.
Transform from human to proto creature gradually.
Taste different way to feel qualia in each stage of life history.
When you are in the stage of human, you feel your body with using
cerebral cortex. Watch the human way of tasting qualia carefully.
When we are in daily body mode, our language brain forget qualia at all. Then with calming down consciousness, watch carefully how do we feel qualia at the underconscousness.
Subconscious process:
Slowly calm down your conscious level.
Listen to the qualia which your life feels.
Be under water of qualia ocean.
In the unconscious level, our limbic system, hypohelamus
and body have communication.
They communicate by nuerotransmitter, hormon, likw as
dopamin, Noradrenalin, adrenaline, serotonin, acetylcolin,
endorphine and so on.
We can catch this process through emotion.
Taste it with confortable body feeling of subconscious mode.Slowly go upstream
of history of life.
Animal stage:
Listen to the communication between your cerebellum and body condition with changing ballance, body position, and speed, unconsciously your cereblum is working. Animals move by this system mainly. Taste the moving qualia as an animal.
Multi-celled creature stage:
Shrink your body with swaying, bend your knees, close your prlvis, and chest alittle bit. Sink into more lower creature's state without nerve system.
Lower creatures graspe the body condition without nerve. Their life listens to body condition directly. Become lower creature, and imagine how they controll body condition without nerve system. Try to feel the communication between each cell.
Single celled creature stage:
Shrink a little bit more, and become single celled creature.
They can feel qualia of body condition and outside world, through changing of cell's condition. When they recieve sun shine, their cell become warmer, then they can move more flexiblly, this change is the way of catching qualia for them. Thinking and movement are not separated. It is oneness. Feel this oneness state of life. Life graspe qualia directly through this change of of body condition.
