Whole self meditation


1. With swaying meditaion,
ask to your life what do you want to do the most?

2. Arround this question you will meet two kind of tendency,
one tendency is oppose against this question,
another is supporter for this question.

3. You will meet highper egos, synical critics,
thinking habbits, lazyness, worry, anxiety, care, fear,
and so on in oppsing side.

4. You will meet a brave charactor, intimate friends,
wise old man(or wise old woman), pure hope,
and so on in the supporting side.

5.Try to meet all members inside of your whole self,
including very negative charactors
like a cunning, artfulness, accountant,
liar, coward, wheedling baby, anger, violence, and so on.

6.Become a midwife who watching whole process.
Subbody who are not recognized yet as a member of whole self
is like a fetus.
You watch them carefully until the birth
at the best timing as a new member of your whole self.

7. When you meet strange charactors within you,
you can just recognize them and leave from them.

8. Slowly slowly you become a friend with them.
And some day you can dance with them.
