Try this breathing after calming down your daily mind by swaying meditation or three dimensional swaying and so on. When you become to feel comfortable stream in your whole body, suddenly speed down the swaying into very slow motion. Release your mouth with half opening like a silly face, and breathe in very slightly through both of mouth and nose. Taste a subtle qualia of the mucos membrane (=inner skin) of your mouth cavity and nosetril. You can feel subtle starange feeling between comfortable and itchy, or between ecstacy and numbness at your cells of mucos membrane of your mouth cavity and nosetril. It is very subtle feeling, then you need to calm down your consciousness enough to catch it. Ask each cell of your mouth, "What are you feeling?" " What memory do you remember?" Through this breathing you can enter subbody mode which your subconscious and consciousness are ballanced equally. Imagine that you are not a human, but a kind of coelenterate like the jellyfish, creone, and hydra. Become their body, and feel the qualia which your your cells of mouth and body cavity are feeling. cavity feel. Enjoy the qualia as a creature. If your body want to sway, follow it. If your subbody want to become some creature, follow it and amplfy it. We can travel our subbody world with transforming to another creatue. We can go upstream to another age which our life expierienced long long time ago. This is one of the entrance into your proto body. |
