Conditioning for winter

In winter season, our bodies become stiff, we need to recover flexibility every morning to keep good condition of body/mind and life.

1. Releasing sacrum-pelvis joints

Especially, the sacrum-pelvis joints have tendency to be stiff during the night. Move a pelvis in three dimentional direction; front-back, side-side, up-down, up to muximum, wait for a while and relax it suddenly.
This exercise is proper for among lay down position, sitting position and standing position, if you feel cold it is Ok in the bed.
Then your swaying will become so smooth, that you feel pleasure to sway.

2. Rhizoming from sacrum

Various changes or movement start from sacrum-pelvis joint, and spread via next part of body to whole body, with vairious speed, qualia, direction, and rhythm.

3. Bottom rhizoming, chest rhizoming, top rhizoming

A specific change or movement starts from feet, leg, stumach, chest, and head, then spread to whole body with various way.

4. Random rhizoming

From various part of body, with various qualia, some rhzoming start and change to another rhizoming.Just follow to your body with talking to the body that you can go anywhere.

5. Open eight channels

When any intersting movement does not begin, you can open eight channel each and another, body channel, movement channel, visual channel, audio channel, emotion channel, relationship channel, and world-self image channel.
If your body starts eye dance, voice dance, breathing dance, and face dance just follow it.

6. Swaying to dancing

Your body will transform from swaying to dancing spontaneously.
Follow the change naturally, with asking yourself these questions,
'What is sway? what is dance? '
'Why do we dance?'
'Why does life need dance?'
We ask these questions deeper, it becomes more intersting.
