1. (Continue from Bottom breathing) When you breathe out completely in practice of bottom breathing, release your bottom to breathe in and send air to your bottom of back. Send air and attention fom lower back, middle back, upper back, behind of neck, bihind of head, top head, front head, nose, and to upper mouth wiht breathing in. With breathing out, send attention to lower mouth, joe, front neck, chest, stomuch, lower stomuch and bottom. Say hello to the each part of body, 'How are you today? Are you OK?' Communicate with evry part of your body with this practice. 2. Imagine a big clock on the floor arround you. Front is twelve o'clock, back is six o'clock. At first move according to the center circle which passes through six and twelve o'clock. (Black circle in the illustration above) Continue this center line sway, and when you used to this, proceed to next stage. |
