Stand with changing shape of leg and foot.

Step into the ground in defferent way and rhythm, power, speed, then taste the subtle defference of interaction from the ground.

Change the shape of your foot curve, change the grade of releasing of your heal, knee, hip joint.
Close your sucrum joint until limit, and open it until limit.
Stand with wearing different kind of sway.
